EPE’s Premium Wine Shipping Box is an all-in-one solution for safely transporting your cherished wine bottles. This innovative package includes PE foam protection and sealing tape, eliminating the need for additional packaging materials. Engineered for top-tier protection while optimizing shipping costs, your wine will be better shielded compared to other flimsy solutions. This versatile package accommodates all wine bottles, with dimensions ranging from a minimum of 2.75" diameter x 11" height to a maximum of 3.5" diameter x 13.25" height.
Standard shipping (3-5 business days) is included on all orders.
We are proud to offer a Local Pickup service to those customers who are geographically close to our EPE locations. We currently offer the option of picking up your order at the below two EPE locations.

- *Pick up hours are 8:00 am to 4:00pm, Monday through Thursday, unless otherwise arranged and confirmed. Holiday hours may differ.
If you are placing an order for local pickup, please review the guidelines necessary for this type of order:
1. All Local Pickup orders will need to be placed on our website and prepaid via credit card ahead of time.
2. All Local Pickup orders placed will require a 1-2-day window for processing. Accommodations can be made depending on order.
3. A copy of the order (physical or electronic) will be required to pick up your order.
4. If you fail to pick up your order within 5 business days without notifying us by phone or email to support@epeusa.com, we will cancel your order and charge your credit card 10% of the order as a restocking fee.
5. All returns will require a return authorization before it can be processed, no immediate exchanges will be given.
