We are proud to offer a Local Pickup service to those customers who are geographically close to our EPE locations. We currently offer the option of picking up your order at the below two EPE locations.
- EPE Riverside – 1111 Citrus St. Unit 1&2, Riverside, CA 92507
- *Pick up hours are 8:00 am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise arranged and confirmed. Holiday hours may differ.
- EPE Fountain Valley – 17835 Newhope St. Ste. G, Fountain Valley, CA 92708
- *Pick up hours are 8:00 am to 4:00pm, Monday through Thursday, unless otherwise arranged and confirmed. Holiday hours may differ.
If you are placing an order for local pickup, please review the guidelines necessary for this type of order:
1. All Local Pickup orders will need to be placed on our website and prepaid via credit card ahead of time.
2. All Local Pickup orders placed will require a 1-2-day window for processing. Accommodations can be made depending on order.
3. A copy of the order (physical or electronic) will be required to pick up your order.
4. If you fail to pick up your order within 5 business days without notifying us by phone or email to support@epeusa.com, we will cancel your order and charge your credit card 10% of the order as a restocking fee.
5. All returns will require a return authorization before it can be processed, no immediate exchanges will be given.
